Our Commissary

To provide the best possible quality, freshness, and taste for our customers, we operate our own on-site commissary that prepares over 150 different fresh food items. These homemade selections are featured on our seasonal fresh food menus that change every quarter to offer the continuing variety of fresh choices our customers demand. And because we stand behind our quality homemade foods, we provide a nutritional guide to our customers that details the nutritional information of all the fresh foods made in our commissary every day.

Our commissary is operated by a dedicated team of experienced cooks, bakers, and food preparation professionals who follow the latest nutritional guidelines from the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and use fresh, high-quality ingredients for everything we make—incorporating seasonal items and locally grown or made products whenever possible. We are fully licensed by the Clark County Health Department, so you can trust Sheehan Brothers to deliver quality you can count on.
